BATTLE CRUSH

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Battle Crush collects, why, and what you can do about it. It was last updated on 4 October 2026.

1. What we collect

  • Account details. If you create an account we store your email address. If you sign in with Google we also receive the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
  • Leaderboard entries. When you are signed in, your best run — display name, score, level and map — is stored on our servers and shown publicly on the leaderboard.
  • Contact form. The name, email address and message you send us, so we can reply.
  • Purchase records. If you buy a coin pack we receive an order confirmation — what was bought, when, and the email on the order. We never see or store your card details; payment is handled entirely by our payment provider.
  • Game progress. Levels cleared, stars, your coin balance and your boosters are saved in your own browser, not on our servers.

We do not ask for your address, your phone number or your date of birth, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

2. Cookies and local storage

Battle Crush uses your browser's local storage to remember your progress, your settings and whether you have muted the sound. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in between visits. Advertising partners may also set cookies, as described below.

3. Advertising

Battle Crush is supported by advertising. We use Google advertising products, including Google AdSense, to show ads in the game.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time.

4. Why we use it

To run the game and the leaderboard, to keep your account working, to answer messages you send us, to process and support purchases, to keep the game fair and secure, and to show advertising that pays for it.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the game: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider for purchases, and Google for advertising. Leaderboard entries are visible to anyone who opens the leaderboard. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including your account and your leaderboard entry. Send the request through the contact form using the email address on your account and we will act on it.

You can also clear your game progress at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7. Children

Battle Crush is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. How long we keep it

Account details and leaderboard entries are kept while your account exists, and deleted when you ask. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.

10. Contact

Questions about privacy, or a request about your data, can be sent through the contact form. We will reply to the email address you provide.
