Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Battle Crush. By playing the game you agree to them. They were last updated on 4 October 2026.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Battle Crush for your own entertainment. You do not need an account to play. You may not copy, resell, rent out or redistribute the game, or attempt to interfere with it or with other players.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it. Give us accurate details, and let us know through the contact form if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
3. Coins and boosters
- Coins, boosters and stars are virtual items inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- They are a licence to use part of the game, not property. Your balance may be adjusted if we find it was obtained through a bug, an exploit or fraud.
- Progress stored in your browser — levels, stars, coins and boosters — is lost if you clear your browser's site data.
4. Purchases
Coin packs are bought through our payment provider, which handles the payment and the receipt. Prices are shown before you pay. Because virtual items are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once credited — but where consumer law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies, and we will help with any purchase that went wrong.
5. Fair play
Please do not:
- use bots, scripts, cheats or modified versions of the game;
- exploit a bug for coins, score or leaderboard position;
- choose a display name that is abusive, impersonates someone, or infringes a trademark;
- attempt to disrupt the game or the leaderboard for anyone else.
We may remove a leaderboard entry or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. Our content
The game, its artwork, its audio, its code and the Battle Crush name all belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance or retire parts of the game, and we may need to take it offline for maintenance. We do not promise that the game will always be available or that a particular feature will always exist.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress, data or virtual items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Contact
Anything unclear in these terms, or any dispute, can be raised through the contact form.
